Kathi Riddle is the Senior Vice President of Sales and Revenue Management for Lindblad Expeditions, the pioneering global leader of expedition cruises and adventure travel experiences.
In this role, Riddle leads revenue management, as well as travel advisor, affinity group and charter, and wholesale sales efforts for the Brand, with the goal of amplifying the Brand’s reputation as the pioneer and global leader in journeys of deep discovery amongst consumers and the travel trade. She is also responsible for implementing an aggressive international sales growth strategy, working to expand the Brand’s reach around the globe in support of its growing fleet of 17 ships sailing some of the most remote geographies around the world.
Prior to joining Lindblad Expeditions in September 2023, Riddle most recently served as Vice President of Business Transformation, Consumer Products, Games & Publishing at The Walt Disney Company. During her progressive 27-year tenure with The Walt Disney Company, she held several leadership roles across functions stateside and internationally and took charge of commercial strategy, day-to-day financial operations and long-term FP&A for Walt Disney World Operations, including the Theme Parks, Resorts, Disney Springs, and the Sports business.
Riddle was also a key player in the The Walt Disney Company’s strategic acquisition of National Geographic and worked closely with the team at National Geographic Expeditions and 21st Century Fox on the integration; led Revenue Management and Analytics functions in Asia where she lived for several years, incorporating effective sales, marketing and revenue management strategic vision at Hong Kong Disneyland, Tokyo Disney Resort, and Shanghai Disney Resort, the latter of which she played an integral role in opening; and created revenue-driving Theme Park Admission, Resort, Food and Beverage, Merchandise, Sports, and Entertainment pricing and yield management strategies for Walt Disney Parks and Resorts.
Riddle graduated from Oklahoma State University with her Bachelors of Science in Business Administration with a double major in Accounting and Spanish, and received her MBA from the University of Phoenix. Today, she proudly serves as a mentor for Oklahoma State University’s College of Business Professional Mentoring Program and the University of Alabama’s Culverhouse College of Business.
Riddle lives in Orlando, Florida, with her husband, Terry, her two sons, Carter and Camden, and their dog Bama.
