César Moraga

César is part of a brand-new wave of young guides. In his 13 years guiding, he has experienced and learned key skills needed to be a great professional on the field. Food handling, boat security, first aid and fire control are some of the many strengths Cesar has acquired to become a savvy naturalist fanatic.

He has an affinity for amphibians and reptiles, and he has given support on research projects related to this amazing topic. Along with his guiding experience, César has worked with groups of travelers, volunteers and students ranging from all ages.

He enjoys explaining every detail about conservation and leaving the seed of knowledge for future generations. As every good tour guide in Costa Rica, César has a big love for birds. Birdwatching is his favorite when out in the field.
